They’ve also used their eye for bright colours and decorating to adorn cakes and pastries – the glittery sesame seed eclairs and frothy eton mess layer cakes are works of art. Like their previous cookbook, this might be a bit more difficult for a novice baker, but for someone who’d like a bit of a decorating challenge, this is perfect.
