I'm not saying it's not as great as everyone claims but just be aware and do your own investigation before wasting your money on another possible scam.
I've just finished my second training session and it was both fun and extremely challenging. This is very different to how I approach my workouts normally which is also proving educational.
If like me you feel you need a book that spells things out clearly then I'd highly recommend given this one a read.
