About the Author

Patricia Lashley-Charles was born in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago and moved to the UK in 2001. She now resides with her husband, daughter and son. Patricia grew up around a rich cultural background and her spiritual upbringing helped to develop her as a Writer and a Mentor. Patricia's academic background is in marketing and business development and is an experienced project manager in the areas of arts, heritage, tourism, freelance jouranlism and public speaking. She has previously designed projects for schools and communities in the UK. Her writing has been featured in magazines, university manuals and other forums. She has recently began blogging alongside her Fitness Guru husband in various areas of health and wellbeing and everyday living. Patricia is an advocate for chronic illnesses, having herself been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis a few years ago. This debilitating condition limits her movements and she lives in constant pain and is mostly housebound. However, she has found sacredness in her illness and enjoys raising her young family and dedicating her life to helping others on their journeys. She wants to continue writing and hope to regain a platform for motivational speaking. --This text refers to the paperback edition.
