Awww what a follow up to book one! Such a lovely story and a perfect continuation of Melody and Alex's story. Loving the happy feeling I have in my heart and the smile that is on my face because of this book.

I was lucky enough to win all 3 in this series so I was able to read them one after the other, as in any relationship it doesn't run smoothly all the time but when there is lows you can't help but want to pick them up and highs you love and wish it well. It's what they go through to get to these and how it is written that totally blows you away. In this one you learn more about the characters past and can't help but be moved by Juliet the friend and PA's story and you just fall in love with them even more if that's possible. Great read

Review to be posted on Ladies Living in Bookland

Alex and Mel continue their story from Leigh Stones first book (Lex's Melody) and shows us how the pair are growing together. Learning, loving and learning more about one another.
Also their relationships with friends and families as the couple spend their first Christmas together. Their love for one another all the more apparent.

The one relationship I was so emotional about was Alex's good friend and PA, Juliet. Her past tore me up but made me realise the strength of his and her friendship and how graciously Mel accepts her in not just as a friend, but as family into Mel and Alex's lives. To know that Juliet has a chance of a bit of happiness towards the end of this novella just warmed my heart. She truly deserved it.

But do they get their happily ever after? A bump in the road will make Alex question his past from the present and take flight, leaving Mel heartbroken.
--------------------
Excerpt:
"He wouldn't make eye contact with me. I tried to get him to, but he just wouldn't. I stood and went to make a move towards him, and he took a step back away from me...the door slammed shut behind him, and he was gone."
--------------------
My heart broke for the pair, knowing that the way Alex had been treated by his Ex was the only thing making him run from Mel. But would he make it back to Mel before too much damage was done? Could she face being treated like that again in fear of being left alone?

A simply brilliant Novella from Leigh Stone. I'm so excited to read more in the Belfast Bound series as well as her other projects for this year. Another five star read from the talented Leigh Stone!

We first meet Melody and Alex in the first erotic novel Lex's Melody, set in the Northern Ireland city of Belfast. If you've haven't read it yet , why not ?????? Go buy it now , oh while your there buy this too .
Through the course of true love things never seem to go plain sailing but if he or she are your true love then aren't they worth fighting for ?
Without giving to much away ( I don't want to spoil it for you ) there's happiness , sadness but ultimately love .
Leigh has done it again . This is the perfect follow up to Lex's Melody . You get sucked in from the start and it holds you tight until the very last word .
This is the ultimate love story .
Leigh you have done it again and I'm honoured to have been able to read it early . Thank you xx

Well I am always nervous about a second book from a debut author but I am so pleased that Melodic Minor has settled my nerves. More Alex and Melody which I wanted but I loved how we learn about other characters and I now want their story. I want a friend like Jonny he is wonderful. Leigh has continued to build on book one (which is a must) with a fabulous continuation of Alex and Melody's story. The future looks bright for Ms Stone. Go on put your feet up and induldge if you like gorgeous strong men, sassy girls, smut and humour this will be right up your street.

Leigh Stone has done it again. Melodic Minor was the perfect follow up to Lex's Melody and made us hunger for even more of her Belfast Bound series. Alex Matthews is hot, hot, hot and I can't get enough of his stern yet gentle maleness. Melody is just sassy enough to keep Alex on his toes and us giggling. This is a breathtaking story of love, beyond the first rush and to the more enduring moments that last a lifetime. Love Leigh Stone and am a lifelong fan now.
