Makes great tasting coffee, but cleaning program frequently goes wrong and steam spout is badly designed.

Consistently makes great coffee. It's stupidly easy to refill, but a real pain to clean.
Top tip: The maximum water setting makes something that tastes more like filter coffee. For a long black, make an espresso (i.e. with minimum water) and then fill with hot water from another source.
Only niggle: the steam spout has an electric whisk on it - I wish there was a way to remove that or at least to switch it off. It's completely unnecessary.
UPDATE: Ok, so this thing has a real problem when it comes to the Integrated Cleaning Program. Not only is the process complicated and involved, but it frequently breaks down. in a way that causes your kitchen to be flooded! During "Phase 3", water is supposed to flow into the cup (coffee grounds container) you have placed under the outlet, but on 3 occasions now, it sent the water into the internals of the machine, where it was caught by the drip tray.
At this point, before going into Phase 4, YOU MUST remove and empty the drip tray, or your kitchen will be flooded, and you may burn yourself while trying to get the (now overfilled) drip tray to a sink. You will also find the completely undissolved cleaning tablet in the are where the coffee grounds container should be, and you can use it again on your second attempt (because the machine has not actually been cleaned).
