All you can find on documentation is a small leaflet containing mostly obvious and irrelevant information.
Once you branch the tuner to an LNB, nothing changes on the diagnosis page (LNB status: not connected, Signal 0). It thought it was DOA.
When you connect an IP sat finder, it tells you there is no signal and quality is 0.
Emailed Megasat, with NO response what so ever.(one week ago now)
On the verge of sending the thing back, I bought a soft Sat>ip client that found the server immediately. Only when the client is active, you can see the diagnosis parameters changing. I now have it set up, but for now tuning is very slow (3 to four seconds per channel change). I have no idea whether other tuners are any better, but on service level, it can't get any worse.
