Graphics - good for the most part. some parts are a bit to dark/dindgy for my liking.
Sound - very realistic. its got a sickening thud when you get shot. its an incentive to keep your head down in firefights.
SP Campaign - really enjoyable, some excellent sequences. some are a bit drab and gets a bit samey fighting in mountain ranges. cut scenes are skippable. sprint is a bit pointless so dont expect to 'leg it around' during contact.
Multiplayer - haven't tried it. more a campaign person.
if you have played the COD's and Crysis' to death like me a looking to try another game its really good for the money.
The real problem is the games length. It is very very short. It took only one evening to complete.
Even for a tenner it would not be particularly good value. If the price goes down to a fiver it would be a good buy, but I would wait until then.
- Very good graphics most of the time, although they can look a little dated in places.
- I played this on a Core 2 Duo 3.3Ghz, Geforce GTX460, 4Gb Ram, Vista 64bit and play was smooth.
- A good story-line surrounding the war in Afghanistan but perhaps a little short.
- Realistic gameplay and battles.
- AI can act a little odd sometimes. A few times your buddy stops and doesn't move on to the next section of the game meaning you can't continue and have to re-load the level or last checkpoint.
- No annoying online activation required. Having the disk in the drive is enough copy protection.
game is brilliant hrs of enjoyment very well thought out and put together.
i hope you enjoy playing this game just as much as i have.
All in all, if you just want a fun little single player FPS, get this as it's good value at the moment for £3.
