An engrossing story.

Something about this book really pulled me in and kept me hooked.
Ezra felt like a lost soul - no family contact, only a couple of friends and no direction. He was extremely caring, but because of his past experiences he didn't open himself up to others. He then met Donner and things started to change.
I was so engrossed in the story that the end of the book came as quite a surprise and I'm a little disgruntled that the next episode won't be available until October ...... still, that's a good excuse to read the first two books again before I read episode three!
One minor moan - the cover art is totally wrong for the book in my opinion and doesn't feel right. The picture is of two young men in their late teens, but Donner is 30 and Ezra 24.
