This is a brilliant game much better than any of the other Barbie games. It involves a lot of problem solving with the children having undertake various tasks in order to move on to the next part of the game. It has kept my 6 year old and 9 year old amused for days and they are still not at the end of the game. Graphics are good and there is quite an involved story. This is very good buy and is well worth the money.

I think the Barbie as the Princess and Pauper PC Game is one of the best games Iv'e ever seen, if I were to choose any PC game, it would be this little star, especially with the cats, Wolfie and Serafina, they're so cute and they so do make a charming couple!

This is the one of the finest pieces of software to date for children. It is a full length musical feature, based on the novel "the prince and the pauper". The singing is unique and the stars Barbie (as the princess) and Erica (as the pauper) play out their character parts really well.
Co staring Julian (Barbie's teacher and eventual groom) and King Dominic (Erica's eventual groom), the storyline pans out well from the birth's of Barbie and Erica to their marriage's. There are some interesting animals Wolfie and Ceraphina (cats), Midas (a dog) and Elvee (a horse). The villain of the story is Premenger. Well Barbie has certainly come a long way since the launch of the doll.
I have watched this 9 times with my grandaughter who is 5 years and she knows all the chacters names. Also on the CD is a Kareokie sing along of the songs.
