This wine is made from grapes grown in Mas d'en Blei black slate-like "licorella" stone slopes vineyards, South-west oriented. Harvested by hand in 10-15 kg boxes. Cold pre-maceration of the grapes. Barrel fermented in new French oak (Q. Petrea) of 300 liters capacity. Fine-grained and gently toasted oak. Aged for 6 months with the lees, including "battonage". Cata: Yellow pale colour with some greenish. Intense nose, with mineral background and toasty and flint notes, delicately ennobled by notes of white fruits, citrus, tropical bloom and Mediterranean aromatic plants, after a while. On the palate, big and oily entrance followed by citric notes. Long, balanced and superb after taste. Composition: White Garnatxa 84%, Pedro Ximenez 10% and Pansal 6% Ageing: Aged for 6 months with the lees, including "battonage". Matching: All kind of fish (baked, grilled, batter fried,...), white meat, cured meat and tender and semi-mature cheeses. Number of bottles: 3.255. Origin denomination: D.O.C. Priorat Alcohol by volume: Alc. 13,5% vol.
