About the Author
Jack Metcalfe has been involved in marquetry for 12 years, and teaching it for 6 years. He teaches marquetry at the Leeds College of Art and Design and at York College. England. He also runs marquetry workshops in Yorkshire.

The way that the book is written clearly defines the experience of the authers as both teachers and craftsmen. I have already been sucesfull in producing some of the more straight forward tasks and I look forward to one day being able to complete some of the more adventurous aspects of the book. -- Conclusion, very impressed.
