Extremely well written. This lady is very clear about a few things, and puts them all in a line very clearly. I am not overly interested in marketing but I'm interested in literature, and it reads as such - not as a mere marketing promptuary. For one like me who abhors marketing, it was a pleasant read - a necessary one at the time I was doing a module in journalism, and surprisingly witty - I read it like a Jane Austen
