"M.J. Jackman is one of the most talented, exciting, and hilarious writers to explode onto the fiction scene in the 21st century," was what Jackman hoped to read in the papers in 2009 after the release of his debut novel, THE GREAT RIGHT HOPE. He hoped his first book would bring celebrity status, which, in turn, would bring fast women, hard drugs and liquor, and then slower, more understanding women. In 2009, he was made redundant.
A FISTFUL OF RUBBERS, the second book in The Sid Tillsley Chronicles was released in 2010, with the final book of the saga, ACRACKNOPHOBIA, in 2012.
December 2017 will see the release of IT'S...'KIND' OF MAGIC, a fantasy-comedy set in modern-day London. Sign up to the mailing list on www.mjjackman.com for updates.
(p.s. This Mark Jackman didn't write SHADOW OF THE BADGER)
