This book told about the life of Princess Margaret, but stops several years short of her death, since it was published in 1994. The book concentrated on the men in Margaret's life, which is probably what most people want to know about. There were some other facts I found quite interesting. For example, it said that she was the very last royal not to go to school. The book implies that this is one of the reasons for her haughty, imperious personality. I enjoyed this book, and it covered the information that I feel most people would want to know. However, I felt the writing style left something to be desired. This author uses a lot of indirect language and apositive phrases. I much prefer the style of Andrew Morton's biographies.
