Using several supposedly satirical or speculative articles and maps published over the last century or so, Boardman clearly shows how genuine clues were dropped into them to indicate how the world's power blocs would be manipulated and split over the years to suit the mandate of a ruling elite, which clearly still directs many things today. The fact that much of the detail given in these apparently 'seeded' articles has come true in the years since, and even more so in the years since the publication of the original version of this book (the text of which is left essentially untouched in this newer edition), gives cause for concern. The continued alienation of post-Soviet Russia and the rise of an Islamic caliphate seems to have long been part of a secret global plan that was set down years ago to suit the inscrutable intentions of Western power-mongers.
Terry Boardman is a respected scholar of early 20th century mystic Rudolf Steiner, and Steiner's lectures, which are also remarkably prescient, are quoted liberally here. One doesn't have to believe in the literal truth of Steiner's conviction that this age would be prone to the influence of a cold materialistic entity known as 'Ahriman' to see how the mindset of materialism, if nothing else, is without question foisted on the West as a tool of suppression and distraction. Anyone trying to understand the inexorable creep of control agendas and occult-tinged 'secret brotherhoods' in the world today should read this intelligent, clearly-written book to understand where much of this began.
The countering of dubious plans is always more effective with a clear knowledge and proper understanding of what one might be up against, and 'Mapping the Millennium' is certainly a vital tool for anyone concerned about the 'plans of the New World Order'. Recommended.
