Old salts, who can single handedly bring their boat alongide in an F6 blowing on/off the mooring during a Spring tide and local high pressure system, using only a handerkerchief hanked on to the forestay, will obviously find the information presented superfluous. The rest of the sailing community will find this book very helpful indeed.
