Professional framing meets portability and cool black finishing. If you want high stability and framing, choose this Compact 3-Way Head tripod. Ideal for entry-level DSLRs with standard zoom lenses up to 200 mm, but also compatible with any camera up to 3 kg.
It features foldable three-way head with two independent, ergonomic levers. One to control pan/tilt and another for levelling. With these two levers, you can easily regulate all movements independently and achieve correctly-levelled, well-framed images on every shoot.
The three-way head has been specifically designed to minimise dimensions and maximise portability. This mechanism allows you to fold away the levers when the head is not in use, making the tripod easier and more convenient to carry.
The high performance three-way head combined with reinforced, five-section tubes make this tripod the optimal solution for rigidity whilst also being able to reach the superior height of 165 cm when extended.
It comes with matching padded carrying bag for excellent portability. We also include a special adapter for higher specification cameras. This increases the mounting thread surface area of cameras such as the Sony Nex 5R/5T, for example, to ensure that your camera is securely fixed to the tripod for maximum stability.

This is the most reliable robust, and sturdy,
tripod of its range,
with traditional Pan and Tilt,
Twist lock control levers.
It also includes a traditional,
detachable camera fixing plate, for quick camera removal,
and an extra rubber spacer mount, for tiny cameras, like Sony Nexus ect.
It has a machined metal centre,
With a nicely moulded ABS plastic head,
to mount the camera on to,
(Does Not bend wobble, or creak).
Feels solid and precise to use.
The Chunky Twist levers,
grip and lock very well, under use,
and fold away nicely for travelling,
Into the supplied, lightly padded carry bag,
The bag is nicely made also,
It's Not just a bit of thin flimsy nylon cloth,
it does actually maintain its shape, without the tripod inside.
Ideal for Entry level DSLRs up to 200m lens, and Cam-Corders,
it will hold full frame Cannon 6D, or similar,
with 70mm Lens or so.
Forget the ball joint versions, and the Pistol Grip,
even though they appears more useful,
They are only going to be of use, for light weight cameras,
anything to heavy mounted on to the ball joint,
And it will just sag and move, and let you down.
A fantastic upgrade from my cheapo, creaky n bendy, Star-61 tripod,
And it fits in my back pack, for cycling, small distances.
I was a little concerned about its weight bearing capabilities but it holds my canon 7d with 70-200 L series lens nice and tight with no problems. Very impressed so far . Ok in life get winds but I agree with other reviews may not be so good in heavy wind ( I've not tried this though)
Overall a def 5 stars from me. Great tripod , nice and light but does what it says on the tin and great value for money 😄
The twist levers for tilt and pan control feel very solid and don't show any signs of slipping. They stay locked in place and won't budge unless unscrewed. I did have one issue where I was hiking through a forest and realised when I got to the end that one of the levers had come off ( I had to trek back a good distance to find it, which was difficult as the light was fading) but this could be down to me not screwing them on tightly when folding up the tripod.
The legs extend to a nice height of around 4.5ft and then the centre pole can also be extended further again if needs be.
Lastly, it comes in a nice drawstring padded bag that you can transport it safely in if you're afraid of your tripod getting scuffed or damaged. A nice touch.
*Easy to use and quick mounting plate
*Has a spirit level
Cons: *Panning could be better if being used for video although I get that this is not designed for video
I have had some tripods and mono pods that sit in between the sale price and full price of around £45 - £55 that feel better in some parts than this one, I would only recommend this one at a sale price as for its full price there are much better tripod out there.
