This is the first edition of the now updated CIEH publication, which is a useful text book for students of Level 4 Food Safety in Catering and Manufacturing as well as HACCP courses. I do recommend, though, that you purchase the latest edition, as it has cleared up some ambiguities and corrected a few errors.
I am going to be taken my level 4 in this field this book gives you confidence to take the challenge
