This has been a core text for my Medical Leadership MSc's first Module (Medical Leadership really being Organisational Psychology dressed up to be appealing for doctors) and I liked the critical appraisal of a wide range of areas within the concept of "managing change" put into nice perspective and, I felt, well written and presented

not a great book that I wanted to review the different models of change management - was a shame, i thought it would help me to give me a critical review of change management literature for my thesis, but it was just sitting pretty on the shelf, with the rest of the books that had proven to be useless in my quest of finishing my dissertation - Better book would be by B. Burnes - Managing Change, as my base theory was built on Lewin's management of change principles, just a shame not many books are published of that same quality
