Top Customer Reviews

Format: Hardcover
This book looks at setting up and running a management consultancy as well as providing tools and techniques for being a consultant. The breadth of scope means that some of the content is high level, but it is a good overall guide. Useful sections on the process of consultancy look at engaging with the customer, proposal and so on, and would provide simple checklists for less experienced consultants.
This book is used as a course guide and is a good introduction to the business and practice of consulting. It is more a book to dip in and out of than read from cover to cover, but it does provide a good source of reference material.
