A lot of it is related to Type A behaviour in a competitive and very busy world, but through many good questionnaires (professional ones) they elicit things you've overlooked about yourself. This then guides you to thinking more broadly about how to alleviate YOUR PARTICULAR stresses. This specificity makes it really helpful. But takes a time to do and work through clearly. But worth doing.
