this book goes into a really up to date look at stress, the physiology of stress, and how it works for your specific character profile and lifestyle. A lot of it is related to Type A behaviour in a competitive and very busy world, but through many good questionnaires (professional ones) they elicit things you've overlooked about yourself. This then guides you to thinking more broadly about how to alleviate YOUR PARTICULAR stresses. This specificity makes it really helpful. But takes a time to do and work through clearly. But worth doing.

Everyone could do with reading this. It is easy to understand and contains the reasons your body feels as it does instead of just focusing on the head.
