I've had this bag for about 4 weeks
Used on a building site, and in and out of a van.
Job-Electrician.
I bought this bag to keep my drills and various other bits and pieces in.
Nice looking bag, big enough to store-
Small 36V SDS drill, 2 spare batteries+ charger, 2x 10.8V Bosch drivers+ charger, 18V pistol drill, spare battery and charger, laser level and bracket, 6 rolls of insulation tape, stocks and dies, and a few other bits and pieces.

Pros- nice looking bag, plenty of space, pull out handle and wheels, a few external pockets.

Cons- external pockets are a bit small, internal pockets don't work too well, things tending to fall out of them, thin material, poor stitching, weak zips. The elasticated strings on top of the bag are almost useless. The opening of the main bag isn't quite big enough, this coupled with the fact that the sides of the bag are a bit 'floppy' means that it isn't that easy to see all of the contents of the bag.

This bag is ok for 30 quid, if it lasts a couple of years I'll be happy, and would buy another one for the same money. Unfortunately, I'm not sure it will last the year out.
If you were only using it to transport your drills from the van to site, and back again at the end of the day, it will probably last well, but I use mine more like a mobile tool chest, using it all day.

If you compare this bag to an older 'Red and Black' Makita bag, the differences are enormous. The old bag is made of very thick material, with tough stitching and rivets on the stress points. This bag is much thinner, the stitching 'gives' if you pull it apart, the inside pockets look like they (or the stitching) will rip, and the zip is a bit flimsy (mine didn't open properly from new).

I have had this bag for a few months and find it great in principle but not in practice. I use it to take tools from job to job. Often this is walking to and from the station and occasionally sticking it on flights. I tend to have about 20-25kgs of stuff in it. I too find the external pockets too small, the internal ones useless (nothing stays in them). The handle is always bent when I get to my destination and needs straightening by hand to get it to retract. The stitching on the handles went as I lifted it onto the first check in desk. Best of all the bag deforms so wide when it has stuff in it that as you wheel it it begins to rock and then fishtail before flipping over and ripping your wrist. As someone else said I would pay more for a better bag if I can find one.

Pockets inside bag could be a bit tougher and designed better... rather floppy, it also comes with two inner sleeves for drills which is nice except one sleeve is set too high and once you put a drill in it it becomes difficult to zip the bag up without putting stress on the zip! Could be better!

in not even 2 months a wheel felt down on my way home from a job. ussual tools for a dryliner inside. sds drill, impact driver, pouch and the rest of the small stuff. the bottom is so bad made from a cheap plastic material (wich clearly isn't for tools carry) very dispointed of a makita product

It's a good bag it does what I need it to, but alittle disappointed in it as the zip is not good on it needs to be a metal one. Nearly sent it back but just couldn't be bothered to as I waited long enough for it.

I originally had this bag for a good 16 months and was very happy with it.
First off
Makita well done the straps, zips and general build quality are excellent and have never failed on me although I am careful.
I overload this bag on a regular basis and quite honestly abuse the hell out of it in a dragging sense. it hates cobbles, rough site half made roads and eventually this will rip the bags outer pockets and when you finally trip over it and snap the hollow steel handle and you will be sad.As someone who has had a lot of bags this one is good and worth the money just don't think it is indestructible, it is not a tank. This is the only work bag I ever rebought

I have only used this bag for light use to store batteries and chargers. After four weeks of use the zip to the main bag has broken. Cheap & nasty product!
