A fantastic book for anyone eager to know how i t all began, and continued in the creation of the european landmass. Easy to understand as geological technical terms are kept to a minimum. To me its is a bit on the short side. I would have loved an even deeper and more detailed digging in the past (sorry, could not resist the temptation). A very new, welcome and longed for explanation of popular geology. Keep up the good work.

Excellent. It is all to easy to learn about British Geology without finding out how we relate to Europe. This well illustrated book allows me to do this and to discover how interesting European geology is in its own right. I now realise how little I had understood about the history of Baltica.

A very interesting book delivered before time and wrapped into a schockproof envelope against wetness, as well. The book is in fair condition and is one of the next volumes I take for reading.
