      I am glad I added this to my surround system (along with a Yamahs sub). It handles all the dialogue well and indeed can do a decent job with music and effects if the material or your settings send that stuff to it.       Purchased as an upgrade to my secondary surround system. I hadn't heard of Magnat before but some research on the web reveals they are a fairly established German manufacturer. They do have a website with an English version. Build quality is excellent and the unit is nicely finished. Good quality rear posts for connection. Well packaged. The unit even comes with an (English) instruction manual. Sound quality running off a lower end Onkyo receiver is excellent for the price. Thoroughly recommended at this price. I am rarely moved to write reviews so that is an endorsement in itself

      Ok to be honest, its a fairly ugly looking speaker, with or without the cover. But performancewise (especially for that cost) its absolutely great. I've done frequency tests on on it using REW and its frequency graph it better than any other of my speakers. I HIGHLY recommend you get this and ALL the rest of the Magnat Monitor Supreme set: [...]
      Also if you are one to listen to music with alot of sub-bass (dubstep eg) the Magnat Monitor Supreme Subs go down to like 18Htz, your music will sound like you've never heard it before...

      Ich bin kein großer HiFi Experte und halte mich deswegen kurz.

      Ich wollte den Lautsprecher als Center, um mir ein 5.1 System mit einem Onkyo TX-NR414 zusammenzustellen. Als Fronts habe ich zwei passende Magnat MS800, als Rears nutze ich die Satelliten meines Edifier S730D, die nun am Verstärker und nicht mehr am aktiven Sub angeschlossen sind, und den Edifier S730D Subwoofer. Aufgrund des geringen Preises und den guten Bewertungen habe ich mich dann für diesen Magnat Center entschieden.

      Ich habe sie als Warehouse-Deal gekauft und die beschreibenen Mängel fallen wirklich kaum oder nicht auf.

      Meine Hauptanwendungen für die Lautsprecher sind Musik und E-Drumset im All-Channel-Stereo Betrieb, sowie Filme und Spiele im 5.1. Wobei ich aufgrund der hellhörigen Mietwohnung mit der Lautstärke meist recht dezent bleiben muss.

      Erwartungsgemäß kann ein Center mit 110er Mittel-/Tieftönern lange nicht die Fülle eines Standlautsprechers erreichen, aber das muss er ja auch nicht. Für die Sprachwiedergabe, die in Filmen hauptsächlich auf dem Center-Kanal erfolgt, ist er gut geeignet, auch wenn man den Canter-Kanal leider immer deutlich hochregeln muss für Filme. Das ist dann auch der Hauptgrund für den Punktabzug. Zudem bemerke ich bei meinem Aufbau den Center bei der Musikwiedergabe, wenn ich am Rand des Zimmers sitze, dann habe ich auf der einen Seite direkt einen Front und auf der anderen direkt den Center, der andere Front ist aber relativ weit weg. Somit fällt dem Center vor allem die Aufgabe zu, Mitten und Höhen zu liefern, die sonst über die Distanz verloren gehen würden. Hier passt die Lautstärke ziemlich gut und auch der Klang ist dafür ausreichend.

      Also ist der MS 250 ein günstiger Center, der kann, was er muss, aber nicht weiter überrascht. Für den Preis aber auf jeden Fall keine schlechte Wahl.

      Ho comprato il diffusore centrale Magnat Monitor Supreme Center 250 per completare il set di diffusori frontali di un sistema home theater. Ho abbinato questo centrale ai diffusori da pavimento Magnat Monitor Supreme 800.
      Sono buoni diffusori, ben costruiti. Ritengo che siano più armoniosi con il coperchio parapolvere (ovviamente incluso nella confezione). Sono caratterizzati da una acustica strepitosa, sono in grado di riprodurre bassi corposi e piuttosto precisi a tal punto da poter rinunciare al subwoofer. Non reggono il confronto con la precisione di diffusori da 1000 euro la coppia o più ma si difendono egregiamente ed hanno il rapporto qualità suono-prezzo migliore che abbia visto finora. Uso questa serie per ascoltare tv, film, musica classica, jazz, disco, pop e rock nell'impianto secondario con grande soddisfazione.

      J'avais quelques difficultés lors de la lecture de DVD pour bien discerner les paroles des films. Il en effet important d'avoir une enceinte centrale correcte car les dialogues passent par ce canal.
      Avec cette enceinte j'ai beaucoup amélioré l'écoute des dialogues pour un prix modéré. Bien sûr on doit pouvoir obtenir encore mieux mais la construction et la finition sont très correctes.

      Ich habe den Center-Lautsprecher seit zwei Monaten, und bin mit dem Klang sehr zufrieden.
      Bei mir ist der Monitor Supreme Center 250 am Pioneer VSX-922 angeschlossen, unterstützt
      von den Magnat Monitor Supreme 1000 als Front und den Magnat Monitor Supreme 800 als Rear.
      Als Sub kommen dann der Magnat Monitor Supreme Sub 301A und ein Teufel M 4500 SW zum Einsatz.

      Dadurch ergibt sich ein sehr harmonisches Klangbild und der Supreme Center 250 klingt sehr angenehm.
      Die Stimmen werden sehr klar dargestellt und auch bei Musik spielt der Center sehr schön mit, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken.

      Für meine zwecke kann ich die Magnat Monitor Supreme Serie wirklich empfehlen !!!
