    Very disappointed in these ear plugs, I have owned Macks ear plugs for a long time, always found them to be comfortable and did the job very well!

    I was almost out of my old ones so ordered these thinking that they were going to be just as good, unfortunately they are now slightly shorter in length so I can’t get them into my ears as far as my old ones, hence they don’t block out the noise as good as I was expecting.

    I’m now £14.49 out of pocket with 50 pairs of ear plugs I can’t use!

    I have been using these ear plugs for over 2 years (I changed to a new pair every night) and they have been great. But they've now changed the material and they're itchy and uncomfortable.
    In the attached picture, the old version is on the left, and the new one on the right. It should be noted that both of these are UNUSED. That white stuff on the new one is very odd, and might explain why they are itchy...?

    I'm now going to have to try to find another brand, as there is no way i can wear these - one night of discomfort was enough.

    These earplugs are a bit cheaper then the "Slim fit" that I've also bought and use. They might be slighty bigger than I need for my ear canals, but it's really not a problem. I do have small ear canals, so any average sized ones would have no trouble at all with these.

    They offer good comfort, as they are nice and soft. I can easily wear these for hours with no discomfort. They are easy to use and insert, unlike certain other earplugs. And you get really good noise reduction, supposedly more than the "Slim fit" which I believe, I can notice when I ride motorcycle. But never the less, both works well, and easy to use. The value I also pretty good, decent quantity for the quality they offer, but I also find them easy to re-use, and they do even state on the package that re-use is no problem. Just throw away when they get "too" dirty or before they lose their ability to work as intended. They also come in a nice little container, that labels the earplugs, contain them, and easily dispenses earplugs.

    (A good tip: Always bring a spare pair or two. If you go for a bike ride, and you some how lose one or the pair, you want to have an extra pair, or if you re-use yours, they might get dirty or start to loose their effectiveness)
    (I have added a picture of the two earplugs for size comparison, beige (left) is the "Ultra" and the purple (right) is the "Slim fit")
