Shocking customer service from Mspa

The hot tub is ok. It works well and was a joy for the first week. After buying every accessory possible and all the chemicals needed the hot tub was good. Clearwater and functioning as expected. after a week I took it down as the weather changed. Upon putting it up again I noticed that a seam had failed. So being only 3 weeks old I informed customer service and then waited 10 days for a reply. ( understandably during these times) They requested a photo that I was happy to supply and I pointed out that It was the main joining seal. I waited another week and they replied with " That's user error and not covered" The hot tub has a device called a manometer, It's designed so that you don't over inflate, I'm also an engineer and been one for 20 years. They are claiming that their hot tubs are 100% reliable and will not fail, thus meaning it was my fault. It is not up for discussion and no one has viewed the hot tub. I will not be buying another product from them every due to their extreamly poor customer service.

I like everything about this tub. Especially the integrated pump,easy to access filter and the digital control. It’s so easy to use compared to my lazy spa -which was an old one to be fair. The zip on cover lid is easy to use. I did find if it rains then the rain collects on the lid . So best under some sort of cover to prevent this. I’m currently using a large parasol but it blows about in the wind and doesn’t solve the problem 100%
I suppose most blow up hot tubs have this problem with lids.
Overall I’m really pleased with my purchase and the price is very reasonable. I’m using it regular and my arthiritis isn’t as bad after use.

Really easy to set up, have used it nearly everyday over the last 2 months and has been a god send in the current weather, two things though:
I wish I had gone for a 4-6 person rather than up to 4 as 2 adults an a 12 year old is a bit of a squeeze and
There are no instructions where to put the filter, its obvious when you figure it out (on the inside grey plastic fitting but I could not find it any where in the manual and the one that heats the pool looks exactly the same....)

It was great for a few goes then got an error code and it stopped working. I have been passed from pillar to post trying to get it sorted. Seller passed me onto manufacturer who tried to take me through some very basic steps (fill it to maximum level, buy some expensive limescale remover) to fix it. Now been passed to a new department. I just want a replacement/refund!
