IMPORTANT UPDATE: After cutting about 100 sq.ft. of porcelain with this blade, the chipping mentioned above has gotten much, much better. At this point I would say the blade has minimal chipping on square edge porcelain. To be fair, it seems that this blade just needed a bit of break in. The diamonds are probably too aggressive when the blade is brand new. The tracking remains excellent, with no drift. This is the reason I stick with the thicker kerf blades - the thin kerf ones cut fast but they usually drift a lot more. The speed of cut of this blade is very good on porcelain. Right now, the performance of this blade is excellent and considerably better than a Ridgid blade - no comparison, really. I have completely changed my opinion on this blade, and will recommend it and probably buy another. But do expect it to need some break in, which is why I have upgraded to 4 stars rather than 5. Once broken in a little, it's a 5 star performer.
