Lynda Alsford grew up in East Sussex, in the south east of England. She lived most of her adult life in London but recently returned to her roots and now lives once more in East Sussex. She is a Church Army Evangelist who experienced a major crisis of faith in 2009. 'He Never Let Go' is her first book and tells the story of how she coped with being a lay minister who no longer believed in God. The books gives an insight into the process she went through to find God once more.
Her second book, 'Being Known', tells the story about how she found freedom from food addiction. This is out now on Kindle and will be out in paperback soon. She has also written short stories, one of which is available on Amazon and the other is available for free download on her website.

Lynda enjoys various crafts, such as painting as well as writing. She is involved in her local church, a local book group and the local branch of NWR, an organisation for lively minded women. She loves cats and has a 3 legged rescue cat called Sir Charles Limpalot, or Charlie to his friends.
