I should kick myself in the butt. I was so sure I have done this review ages ago that I didn't even check it.
This book is so emotional. And for me even more than the others.
Here Lucy is giving birth to Kingston's babies and let me tell you: there is so much happiness with that but also equally there is enough stress of what Anne has prepared for us and what the characters will do.
I bawled my eyes out. I was scared s***less for Luce and Jesse. Anne certainly knows how to keep the readers on their toes.
And of course Xander is not disappointing us with his humour and speeches. That guy is just brilliant. But we can see that there is so much more to him than we expected. I can't wait to read his story <3
Amazing book and well deserved 5 stars.
such are great birth story!!! I have fallen in love with these characters, especially Xander, he so needs his own story and soon, there is so much more to him, all the guys need to have their stories told.
I cried so much with this series, such great characters, and I love the babies names, I don't want to give them away, and I still picture a young, sexy Adam Levine when I read about Jesse. Lucy was such a trooper carrying around the Kingston Litter, and how the band adopts the babies is so sweet.
Lullaby literally carried on from where Ballad ended and to say it was beautifully told is an uderstatment, every single sentence, conversation and banter just flowed with such ease it captures you in every way it makes you feel like you are there.
This whole series has been absolutely brilliant and just gets more addictive as it goes and now that we have the K Qauds on board we're witnessing Xander at his finest.
Talking of Xander, he's been an absolute joy all the way through and still continues to entertain us but I'm desperate to know what has been and is the story behind him and Tera, we have so much more to come but Anne Mercier is keeping us waiting and guessing on Xander and I think his and Tera's story will be kept from us for a while longer, we are being fed little bits of information, it's pure torture but fun all the same.!
Thank you Anne Mercier ..!!
