May be useful for someone who has never cooked and needs a basic compendium of very simple recipes as a first step towards adopting a low-carb diet.
As an aside, the binding is poor and feels like an inexpensive rush job; opening it the first time, the paperback spine and pages felt loose and weakly glued.
Overall, do pass this one by.
