Product description

Super easy Low Carb Bread Roll Mix that is also glutenfree, dairy free and low in sugar. You will need: 1 medium egg 80ml (1/3 cup) milk of choice (almond/coconut, etc) 40ml (3tbs) vinegar 90ml (approx. 1/3 cup) room temperature water 120ml (1/2 cup) boiling water Equipment: Medium sized mixing bowl Whisk or food mixer Baking tray To make 4 rolls: 1. Preheat the oven to 1800 C. 2. Add the egg, milk, vinegar and room temperature water into the mixing bowl and start whisking. 3. Pour the contents of the packet of Low Carb Bread Rolls and continue whisking. 4. Whilst whisking, slowly pour in the hot water. 5. Let the dough to sit for a few minutes to allow the dough to soak up the water. 6. Divide the dough into four and shape it into balls and transfer to baking tray. 7. Transfer to preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes before reducing temperature down to 1500C for a further 40 minutes 8. Allow to cool completely before slicing, as the rolls continues to cook once out of the oven (cutting it too soon might lead to a gummy texture) To make a loaf: 1. Follow the instructions above but leave in the oven for 60 minutes instead of 40 minutes at 150C Though these rolls are best fresh, they freeze very well and can be stored for up to 3 months.
