Loving From Afar is one of those books that you pick up and immediately get wrapped up in. From the first page, you'll find yourself interested in the stories of the characters and getting to learn more about them. Mona Ingram does such a wonderful job creating believable, likeable characters and her storylines are always enjoyable. What I loved most about this book, was how emotional it was. This isn't your happy, sappy romance. This book depicts a romance that is more true to life than most.

This book caught me from page one and I absolutely wasn't pleased when I had to put it down for whatever reason. I liked the 2 main characters and the others who played an important part in the story surrounding these 2. There was a lot of happy moments and also a few sad moments and although I knew it would work out ok in the end it didn't spoil the ending for me at all. A great read.

Absolutely loves this book. Was a bit sceptical when it turned back time to introduce how the main characters met and what happened. But ur worked!!! It was brilliant. You could feel the pain she went through but how in her heart she never gave up. I wish real life was like that with love coming back. Lol

This story has touched my inner most feelings today whilst reading it. It truly is one of those stories that you feel you want to bash someone's head together because of all that wasted time.

I thoroughly loved this book, I wish I could have read it sooner but as a reader and reviewer some books take its turn, and this was a delight to read. It was one of those stories that were it a film you would sit back after it ended and heave a nice sigh of satisfaction.

I was given this book by Mona Ingram in exchange for an honest review.

I would highly recommend this book to my friends and family and anyone that is thinking of purchasing this book.

You just know that from the very first time Allison and Cole meet that they are destined to be together. This story starts off in the present day then quickly goes back to when they met at high school. A story full of tragedy and heartache for numerous characters in the book. Some of which I'm sure a lot of readers can relate too and understand how hard it is to write so much tragedy in to 1book. I gave this book 4* but would have given more if maybe the wedding had been written in, instead of just reading "Mrs Slater" everyone loves a good wedding. Overall a good book and worth a read. Happy reading.

Allison and Cole meet at the light up on Christmas Eve and sit on the roof of his father's shop. Coles friend Timothy steals out of a shop, Cole takes the blame and goes to a place like jail. The years pass by. Allison has a life changing experience, her parents die and then her and her sister and husband move to Cherry Ville. A very good read you never know what's going to happen next.
