Louise Webber studied Psychology and Philosophy at The University of Liverpool. She then went on to study Management at Postgraduate Level. Louise worked for three major banking institutions at management level and was very successful at meeting targets and audit requirements.
Louise went on to work in the education sector, working in both mainstream and special needs schools. She then re-trained to work within the adult education sector and studied to become a tutor/assessor for NVQ and Apprenticeships as well as becoming a Lead Internal Verifier within a training centre. Louise currently works within the centre as Head of Apprenticeships, responsible for the success of the Apprenticeship schemes, staff training and development, recruitment and quality management. Louise is also the Ofsted nominee for the centre and head of End Point Assessment.
Louise has supported her team of tutors to successfully complete over 2000 Apprenticeship/NVQ courses for learners within the training centre where she works. In addition, Louise has worked as a Standards Verifier for the world’s largest examination board, supporting other centres to achieve high standards for learners and success within the education sector.
