The booklet has several useful ideas and they are presented fairly well. However, there are numerous typos throughout the booklet. More real-life examples would help. Overall, worth reading and several common-sense ideas worth implementing.

Sensible, no frills advice for creating a project reporting structure that works. From report objectives to frequency of data collection, this provides a useful checklist for every PM.

Very poorly written. A run through with a spell check would have helped. This reads like a first draft, full of typos and misplaced words. A shame because I think the content would be useful if it was easier to read and understand.

very basic, and although a short book it's still far too long for the content covered. Fewer words and more examples or report templates would make this more useful
