this is a great book if you're looking to lose weight without making a huge sacrifice. This really is about balance. I'm a TRX trainer and i fully endorse the HIIT approach to exercise. Just 15-20 minutes a workout a few times a week is all you need, Combine this with the easy to follow recipes in here and you're well on the way to trimming that belly fat

Belly fat. Words that women will express concern at some point in their lives. This book gives a good guide on how belly fat comes about, exercises to reduce the fat, a two week food plan and some great recipes to try out.

This book is comprehensive in that it talks about belly fat, what it is and the health dangers of belly fat.

It then moves on to the important things that you need to do to deal with belly fat. This includes a change in diet and developing an exercise program and/or a plan to stay active so you burn as much or more calories as you take in. An important note to keep in mind that the book makes clear is: you didn't get belly fat in days or weeks and you won't lose it in days or weeks either.

This is an important take-away from the book as so many books forget to mention this and in some cases expectations that people set are unreasonable from the start. Good points like this are mentioned in the book.

This was a great book for me to read and implement. I've been dieting for a while, and have hit a period when i can no longer easily drop kilos. I'm down 10kg, but need to lose another 20kg, so I've still got a fair way to go, and needed a new approach. So this book offers a fantastic guide to losing the last 20kgs, with recipes, this is amazing!!!

I recommend this book if you want a healthy weight loss plan, with good long term results, not quick tacky diets, that never work in the long run.

I like this book for two reasons. Number one, the diet guide is smart and easy to follow. I already do most of it. Number two, the exercises are also smart, and I'm NOT familiar with all of them. Plus, Davis suggests combinations and short intervals. Well researched and written.
