This is the second book, after Look After You, which looks at Sebastian’s life after Ava turned his world upside down. Hurt, alone and bitter, Sebastian has to try to rebuild his life, drug free, for his daughter Lily if nothing else. She is his bright light in his dark world.
Turning to Cocaine to help him forget the pain of losing Ava to another man, he wants to block everything out. Leaving the military, settling down with his fiancé and daughter was all he ever wanted. All that is long gone. The hatred he feels towards Ava and Ashton can be felt through the pages.
Addison, his drug counsellor is one of the few people he eventually feels able to open up to about everything which has happened, she is also the one who drags him back into the light when he feels himself slipping once again. She is his only friend.
This second part was just as much of a roller coaster of emotions as the first book. It drew me in and I couldn’t put it down. An exceptional read from a talented author.
Cant wait to see what comes next from this lady.

I swear on all that is holy I loved Sebastian, he is one steaming hot, broody, inspiring man. I loved the thorough understand of a man fighting an addiction, trying to step up to the mark as a dad and become the man he knows is he when he is carrying so much emotional baggage. Plus fighting an addiction to his ex, Ava. The pain in this man is so raw on the page it is palpable.
The development of the relationship between Sebastian and Addison is fantastic. They start as complete strangers, becoming support worker-addict, progressing to friends, lovers and equally.
I can see what my sister kept going on about the Nutella scene. Totally smoking hot.
Another amazing book in this series. I'm looking forward to Look After Us now.

After reading look after you, I was so looking forward to the release of Look after me and I wasn't disappointed. Sebastian goes through a journey of hell near destruction until Addison enters his life. This is a powerful must read and once again Elena has surpassed all expectations to take this second book to another level. I am a big fan of Elenas books and would put these two into the top best sellers of all times. Well done Elena from your friend Sue xx

One of the worst books I have read in a long time. Far too much repeated descriptions of sexual activity. I only read it because I had read Look After You and wanted to see what the conclusion was, waste of kindle battery.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Elena Matthews did a fantastic job at portraying Sebastian's wide range of emotions - this guy went on one hell of a roller coaster. I laughed, I cried, and I screamed at the author on a couple of occasions too (all in a nice way may I add) Both of these books are very well written and I am looking forward to reading more from this author.

**REVIEWED ON BEHALF OF YOUR NEXT HOT READ**
If you have ever had your heart broken or supported an addict then you will instantly connect with Sebastian. I did on both counts.
The book opens on Sebastian fresh out of rehab after breaking under the strain of his heartache inflicted by Ava leaving him for Dr Bailey. You literally feel his heartache and his anger at their betrayal which is all credit to Elena Matthews great writing. Sebastian feels weak, tortured and worthless but is determined to turn his life around and with the help of his support worker, Addison, you are desperate to see him reclaim his life and self worth.
I love the gradual build up in the relationship with Addie. It was great that it wasn't this typical 'love at first sight' but a slow build of friendship based on the foundations of support and caring.
I can't emphasise how refreshing it was to read about a couple who are open and truthful, talking through their issues and expectations of one another.
I absolutely love Sebastian, but I don't think I've felt for a woman like I did for Addison. How hard it must have been for her knowing that the root of Sebastian's issues is his inability to get over Ava. Addison is so forgiving and caring that the title 'Look After Me' is just perfect! But she also has a spark and strength that I admire greatly.
I loved all the secondary characters in Grace, Carter and even Jacob the man whore! I actually choked up a few times reading this novel and one of the most touching lines of dialogue comes from Sebastian's father. You'll know the one I mean when you read it. I felt the research done for this book was thorough and accurate giving you a real insight into drug addiction, rehab and the mental scars left from a drug problem that don't heal without help.

I was so happy I was chosen to be an arc for this lady as I loved look after you and said that there should be a book about sebs point of view and boy what a book.

Hearing that your daughter had been born early and then coming home to find your girlfriend in love with someone else must be heart breaking, well thats what happened to seb and he turned back to the way of life that he knew, but he knew that he had gotten off of them once and he can do it again, and with the help of his drugs councillor he does and although he does go back into the life he manages to get back out and enjoy the life that he thought would never be happy again

Elena Please keep writing as you know I love your stories xx
