From the Back Cover
London: A group of students at an all night party dare each other to play a ouija board. But what starts out as fun rapidly turns into a nightmare, when the glass spells out the message: ALL DIE.
Unnerved, the students retreat to their house, but as one by one they fall prey to a succession of disturbing murders, the remaining friends know they must somehow banish the evil they have awakened, before it claims its next victim. With time running out, and the head count growing, they realise they can't trust anybody, not even each other.

This is one of the only other things I have ever seen Joe Absolom (Eastenders) in. The cast is well picked and work well together. The film is suitably nerve wracking (well the first time anyway) and is a very british film, which for me adds to the charm of it. There are not many horror films I can sit and rewatch, but I can with this.
If you like demon films with a great cast and interesting storyline, this is definitely one to watch.
Before watching this movie, I had not really heard a great deal about it. It is, after all, a virtually unheard of director and an all british cast! However, after watching it I cand for the life of me fathom WHY I hadn't heard more about it!
The basic idea of the movie is a bunch of rowdy students, who, whilst drunk and / or high decide to play the ouija board as a joke... with disasterous consequences. The movie follows the ill-fated group, lead by Joe Absolam (of eastenders fame <but much better suited to his role in long time dead>), as each one of them tries to avoid being picked off.
The theme of the movie is very well researched and highly accurate which is always pleasing - it means the writers & directo actually care about what they put out!
The movie is full of twists, turns and jump moments! Its fairly unpredictable too, which is a frefreshing change! I spent 2/3rds of my time watching from behind a scatter cushion with my heart trying to jump out of my chest... and then had to sleep with the lights on for the next two nights!!!
Excellent movie that is well worth watching!
So you are in a basement with your mates, talking about sex (no twist their) but then someone happens to mention they get alarmingly turned on by ouija boards. Usually quite a worrying statement, but hey your around friends. So one thing leads to another and and you've gone and summoned an evil demon who kills all that have called it. Family begin to get involved and it eventually turns into a path of self discovery.
Sarcasm aside this is a scary film, if you think not you are emotionally numb, this is a fright. So being a good film I bet you wanna hear the twist; it's British! But don't tell anyone or they won't watch it.
