It is broken down into four major sections:
Page 4 - Plan Your Trip:
This section is a general introduction to the islands covered by this book, what to look out for (Top 15 experiences), what you need to know in advance, and important touristy stuff.

P150: New Caledonia
P196: Rarotonga & the Cook Islands
P296: American Samoa
P315: Solomon Islands
P348: Tahiti & French Polynesia
P528: Other Pacific Islands
