Update 04/2016: dropped A star as the button stopped working! It's not had much use and is only around the house so really surprised it broke so quickly..
----------
I've had my ipad for a few years now and never thought about using a keyboard before until I started using a Samsung keyboard at work with my samsung tablet. I was looking between the Belkin and Logitech keyboard and I'm very happy with the one I picked up I just wish I bought this years ago! The keyboard is so much easier to use than the Samsung one and I have no problems touch typing (while I struggle to get the right keys on the Samsung). I have to say though it feels a bit odd to charge my phone/ipad with a lightening cable but the keyboard with micro usb!
The keyboard is a good size and the keys are easy to use. I found I rarely made any mistakes and could touch type pretty much as easy as if I was on a full sized keyboard. Of course, the keyboard is smaller than a standard computer one so not as comfortable for long typing sessions however its a really good compromise when using a tablet and much better quicker and easier than using the on screen keyboard (though bear in mind theres no text predicition/correction). The keyboard snaps onto the tablet like a smart cover which locks/unlocks the tablet when you take it off/put it on. This also snaps the tablet in place when you stand it up which really helps to keep it steady so no worries about it falling over!
I picked this up after having the ipad for quite a few years and wish I purchased it so much earlier! The keyboard is a good size, easy to use and fits really well with my ipad. The keys are easy to press so I rarely make a mistake typing and I love how the ipad stands quite comfortably. When you stand the ipad up it snaps magnetically and while this won't stop it falling off if you turn it up side down it does help hold it in place a fair bit which was unexpected but quite nice. Keyboard has a selection of commands to go home/app switcher, open/close tabs, change cursor to address bar to search on safari etc. Some downsides is that I can't seem to be able to use the directional keys to scroll websites up or down and holding shift and arrow keys do not allow you to hightlight text so need to return to touch for these.
Downside is of course that its not the same as a ipad case, which can be a lot more versitle, protective and portable but it keeps the front protected. I picked up a zip sleeze to use (with the keyboard attached) if I am never to put it in my bag. The glossy front is a bit of a smudge/fingerprint magnet and the back cover of the keyboard feels a little cheap and marks easily - it shows the dirt and muck a lot easier than my old ipad case did.
