This book is not a book giving instructions on how to pose etc. It is more a guide on your attitude and approach to every day practice and life in general. It's broken down into sections i.e. Love, so you don't have to read from cover to cover, you can dip in as and when you want. I found it really helped me.

I really enjoyed this book, it was easy to read and full of very simple and practical activities to help live life according to the yoga ways. It explains the yamas in a easy way and is full of mantras to practise in order to be kinder and more compassionate to yourself and others. Thoroughly loved it! Will be reading more from this lady.

Some very powerful interpretations of concepts, such as empathy, patience, faith, beliefs and attachments, that made me reflect on my life and the way I live it. You don't have to do yoga to gain a great deal from this book. I'm not into reading the Sanskrit element which doesn't matter since the author explains it clearly. A real gem.

Part of the genius of this book is that its written from a humble perspective so that as the reader you dont feel preached to. Judith brings the themes to life with real life examples/stories. Also there are some great tips/mantras at the end of the chapter to help really focus. I thought that the themes she covers are pertinent.....courage, fear. Things we all want to handle better !

An Inspiring and thought provoking book. The author has obviously drawn on a wealth of personal experience and this comes through in her understanding and explanation of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.

Don Juan advised Carlos Casteneda to follow a spiritual path through life that had 'heart'. I believe you will find as you read this book that the author demonstrates that she has done just that. Her integrity shines through. I found her insights really helpful and have already put several to use in my yoga practice.
