Like the last review I to was at this gig, a truly great performance.
Howard leese who has worked with Paul rodgers for some years now,
And you will find out why, along with mick ralphs, the sound was awsome.
Simon kirke was smiling all the way through the concert,he clearly was loving
The last few months with the band again.Paul rodgers who I believe
Is the best singer/song writer to come from these shores was fantastic.
The only slight dissapointnent was when jimmy page was spotted
Most people thought maybe he would join them and do a couple of the
Firm numbers, alas not to be,that would of capped it off.

I was at this gig and already had the audio CD - but on Blu-ray it's even better (and on DVD, no doubt). I recommend you buy this, to see a top-quality classic British rock band performing at their VERY best - this is as close to a "perfect" rock performance as you will see. Bad Co. rocked Wembley big-time. Not bad for a bunch of old geezers ! (And PS for the other reviewer - yes, disappointing Jimmy Page didn't get up on stage, but you should have hung around after for a while, I did and sneaked a handshake with the great JP, lifetime hero !)

Just had to leave a review for this one!
Firstly Bad Co themselves - one of the finest home grown rock groups ever - and surely Rodgers is one of the greatest 'rock' singers ever. Yes they're all a lot older now but they certainly still do their stuff on this high quality Blu Ray and Rodgers does still have the voice. The clarity of the video is crystal clear and the sound through my new 5.1 cinema system is just amazing.
Seagull is one of my favourite Bad Co songs and Paul Rodgers comes through the centre speaker brilliantly. He's on the left on this track with Mick Ralphs on the right. With both of them playing guitars, Rodgers guitar comes through clearly on the left speaker and Ralphs on the right. Even my 13 year old step daughter was amazed by it.
Ignore any negative reviews for this, it's a brilliant performance and a top quality Blu Ray. If you like your rock music and appreciate a good quality performance, you'll not go wrong with this one. I can only offer my opinion when played through a home cinema system but for me this is just superb. Well worth adding to your collection and well worth the money at just over twelve quid!

While the Merchants of cool was a Kirk/Roger soloproject this is Bad Company with the original line up (except from Burrel of course who had a very ligimate reason not beeing there) and of course Bad Company plays Bad Company, very well too if you ask me.Fare better than the Hard Rock Cafe recording. The soundtrack is huge, chrystal clear, open, details you dont hear on a dvd. All the highlights are here, bad Company, Can`t get enough, ready for love, feel like makin love, shooting star, burnin sky and many more.
Ralphs are maybe not so hard on the riffs theese days but with help from Leese they doing just great.
A must have fore Bad Company fans and all the others who happens to love great rock music.

I was priveleged to see Free on 3 separate occasions in the 60's and early 70's, and subsequently have seen dvds in which Paul Rodgers features. I also own a Bad Company cd which is a disappointment inasmuch as the sound engineered onto the cd leaves a lot to be desired. So I was interested to read the other reviews of this dvd, and based on these I went ahead and bought it. I was not disappointed. Paul's professionalism and stage act are excellent - some people may not enjoy seeing him throwing his mike stand high in the air, but it gives you an idea of the energy he puts into his singing. The sound on the dvd is much better than my much older cd, and I thoroughly enjoyed hearing and watching it. I recognised some of the songs, whilst others were new to me. All were well played, and as the other reviews said, the sound on the dvd is excellent. At least it is through my hi fi system rather than the tv speakers.

Having seen Bad Company on this tour, I couldn't wait to relive the night in this DVD. Its worth watching. The band really seem to be enjoying themselves and so are the audience. Some of the editing is a bit much, with camera shots switching here and there. Just wished the cameras had focused on the band for more than a couple of seconds. Would have been nice to have more extras, but oh well.

Great concert. Bad Company showing exactly why they were a hugely successful band. Atmosphere seemed great. Paul Rogers still has a fantastic voice and is a great front man. Fantastic sound and visual quality with the Blu ray. Very happy with this purchase.

This is a great DVD for anyone wanting to see the band perform the best of their numbers. Rogers and co are all on form (even if some of the solos are a bit tame by todays standards).
