The paper is good quality, quite thick, and felt pens don't leak through to the next page. A good stocking filler for little pony lovers or to cheer up a dull rainy day.
With lots of familiar characters, for My Little Pony fans, as well as a nice, winter theme, for Christmas, this is sure to be a hit with fans. My daughter, and niece, enjoyed doing this. Very detailed and pretty, with good quality paper to avoid colours bleeding through.
The style is lots of little ponies rather than scenes - I'd have liked scenes more I think.
The topic is winter but it's more Xmas - great time of year for it though.
Paper quality seems very good and it's got a nice shiny cover.
It's not a standard size for a book which is always a bit tricky if lining up books on shelves however I was glad it's pretty big - not loads of pages but enough .
The prints inside the book are nice and bold and there is a mix of big and little patterns . The lines are thick and bold and the paper quality is really good.
However alcohol based pens will bleed through the pens, so a good water based pen like the Stabilo 68 is ideal if using pens.
The pictures themself are quite intricate and give lots of opportunity for careful colouring. It will take absolutely ages to get through all the pictures in this book - there is so much detail.
