Product Description

Product Description

Remake of the 1920s silent film and the 1930s talkie series, featuring those rascals Spanky, Alfalfa, Buckwheat, Darla, Stymie, Porky and Petey the dog. Here they get up to all sorts of trouble when their clubhouse is destroyed, and their prized go-kart is stolen by some local bullies, thus preventing them from winning the big race.

Our 7,5 and 2 year olds adored this video; learning off by heart passages from the film.
Special lines incude, "Dear Darla, I hate your guts. You're scum between my toes!"
We were recommenmded to watch this by another adult which we reckon is usually a good sign.
We're probably getting too old, but we didn't find this American film too surgary or schmaltzy.
Much better than Pokemon !

I had this film on video for my daughters when they were younger, and they loved it. I now have a son (aged 6) and have purchased it on DVD so he can enjoy it too. He absolutely loves it, and my daughters and I have also thoroughly enjoyed re-discovering this classic.

being 77yrs old i well remember the rascals growing up especially the tea party for his girlfriend and they put sand in everything you can never be to old to enjoy the little rascals as that is exactly what they are if your my age turn the clock back and step back in time and you dont need a Tardis?

This film was extremely entertaining, my 2 children were enthralled. Youngest daughter cannot stop singing "You are so beautiful" as sung by Alfafa.

I remember this when I was a child and thoroughly enjoyed watching it with my daughters.
They had this on video (which was ancient) but it stopped playing properly so replaced it with this dvd version and
the picture & sound quality difference was amazing.

I bought this as a gift for a friend who hadn't ever seen it. We watched it together and have not laughed like that for ages. It brought back great memories for me and she has since watched it more than 4 times.

Got this in a 4 dvd boxset. Decent movie. Was a bit confused when it started as some of the little scroats dress like it was the 1950s. But it was the early 90s. Check out the machorly culcan (have I spelt that right.?) look a like. Even at this price for this single dvd it's worth adding to any dvd collection. If you don't like it.? Your kids will.!
