This book is about the concept of mindfulness- which means- living in the present moment non- judgementally. It has concise and clear guidance, together with pictures- on how to use this skill. It is simple and very easy to read. I use it for myself to deal with my feelings especially anxiety- and also try to reach this skill to my clients with mental health problems. I have bought this book for myself and also bought another one for my mum, and she really liked it.

This book is well written and concise. It's small enough to keep in your bag and dip into whenever you want to. I have found it invaluable in helping me to relax and unwind. It also helps in controlling pain and is as good if not better than medication.

I found this book to be very interesting, the exercises in this book are great, I've only had the book a few days and complete an exercise once a day. This book is a really useful way to open our minds to things we have forgotten to do as our lives and adulthood takes over.
