An absolutely essential book that is now kept permanently beside the bed so that my wife and I can reference it every night, not just to learn something new but also to recap on the day.
To realise that children are only copying what they see around them and it was my behaviour that needed adapting before I could tackle theirs was logical and do-able. I would recommend this book to everyone whether they have a 'problem' child or not as it does make you look at yourself first. BUY IT!
