Lisabeth Protherough describes herself as an author and micro entrepreneur. In her time she has been a UK Chartered Accountant, a university lecturer in 2 top UK Business Schools, a business coach and NLP practitioner. She is now mother to three boys and devotes her time to them, to writing and to running her small businesses.
After her 3 boys were born, Lisabeth escaped the corporate world to become the author of the award winning “The Book on Successful Teens” and the creator of a Teen Training Proramme based on the principles in this book.
Her philosophy is that all learning, and indeed life, is meant to be fun and engaging. Lisabeth believes that people only truly learn when they are enjoying themselves. This philosophy comes out clearly in both her work with older students and in her recent foray into young children’s literature.
Daniel’s Crazy Chocco Party is a delightful tale of a young boy, whose chocolate adventure is sure to be a hit with both children and their parents alike. The idea for the story came from real experience with her youngest son who is autistic, and who used to have huge sensory issues with eating his food, until he was advised to start to playing with it ... :-)
