Did a bit of research before I bit the bullet on this as my primary need for a product like this is for filming rc helicopters and 3d planes- had a few so called "video glasses" which were basically rubbish,, very poor video, choppy scenes and a complete waste of money- this delivers !!!,, sound and video is excellent and the unit is very easy to use- literally what you see is what it records- very pleased with these goggles, fits nicely over my spectacles and delivers true hd video- obviously not as clear or sharp as a dedicated camcorder but more than enough for home use and uploading to YouTube,Facebook, etc,,,..

Also,if you are a cyclist/motorcyclist,you can use these for recording your journey and possible transgressions on the road!
Very clear views and your peripheral vision is not impaired.

Chuffed to bit with these Liquid goggles! Totally!
I think, I know, that I've always been slightly sceptical by what kind of quality and clarity something like this could deliver. But that thanks to one of the reviewers putting in a link of him actually using them, I was instantly sold.
And they're currently 50% off, so a proper bargain.

Granted, he's a motorcyclist and I'm on a mountain bike so the picture is much more steady on his vid but, but even with the slight side-to-side swaying on mine, the picture is sharp and focused so you can get number plates of cars etc if you needed to.

It comes with a 4GB micro sd card which holds just under an hour's worth of video. The other mode takes pictures every second or so but not sure how many snaps that translates into. The videos are easy to transfer, either via USB or straight from the memory card. Both the memory card adaptor and USB are also provided.
Don't know if it's also worth mentioning, but you'll need Quicktime to view the vids, not sure about the pictures.

They'd be great for the skiers and snowboarders of you out there, but I really recommend these to any type of bike user, if for nothing else than just piece of mind/assurance against the nutters out there.

bought this cam goggles during sales and absolutely love it. As a beginning biker it's usefull to see the mistakes you've made after a ride. Thank god that it hasn't been usefull as a crashcam until now. I'm happy with the video-quality, you can check an example here: [...]

The videofiles are rather large; up to 4Gb/hour and even then you'll miss some details

Just used my new Liquid Image Go Pro HD camera goggles on and outing on my motocross bike.
These are way better than a go pro and easier to use, also more robust than a go pro camera
as the goggles are designed to take impacts in the event of an off !!!
Picture and sound quality are awesome.
I would recommend to anyone thinking of buying a go pro camera to buy these instead !!!

Background noise recorded even in a silent room. Must have been a manufacturing issues
