A nickel-plated reproduction of the famous, some would say infamous,Toulouse Lautrec absinthe spoon, purportedly designed and used by the artist himself. A cache of 12 spoons was found with what is supposedly the monogram of Toulouse Lautrec cut into the tip. True or false? We don't really know, but what we do know is that the originals became fabulously collectable and hugely expensive. This spoon is a faithful replica based on one of those original spoons.

Got 2 of these for Christmas.... What can i say....The design is nice but the quality is absolute trash. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP RUBBISH!!
So thin i bent them whilst unwrapping my present!!!! Think of the cheapest thinnest supermarket basic T spoons then halve the thickness of metal and you'll get an idea of how rubbish these are!!
Uri geller would find these useful they are that easy to bend.
So in the bin they go as i don't want these trash so called spoons anywhere near my proper spoons i have.
SELLER YOU SHOULD STATE IN YOUR DESCRIPTION THAT THESE SPOONS ARE TRACING PAPER THIN.
I WON'T ORDER FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN.

Bought this as a present along with the Pontarlier glass, a lot of fun had!
Not the best quality spoon but it's not like I can buy an original.
These are of such poor construction i can only really think they were designed to be disposable. No. Just No.Published on 12 Aug. 2013 by snip
