Thought provoking for all truth seekers on the path, in that Yuri Spilny shows us how freedom and being free is beyond seminars, teachers and gurus and even books! The heart instinctively knows what to do when we turn everything over to love itself.
Turning inwardly is the key, and changing any negative, restrictive, unpleasant experience, thought or point of view to love in an instant. From that point the releasing is automatic, as the negative charge we have held on to for so long drains away leaving only love behind.
When this becomes a daily practice, things begin to shift and change effortlessly as love opens the heart even more, and creates the space for love to flow back in too.
I loved it, and I am now reading a second time because I wish I had marked all those wonderful words of wisdom and gems that are in there to go back to later.
I love Yuri's direct approach, his authenticity and honesty about the spiritual path. That in itself is enriching.
As wonderful as his other books, long may he continue to write so eloquently.
