Product Description

Review

"Following the signs and wonders of deceptive sprits, I had jumped through my spiritual hoops with almost flawless precision....As Joy and I both had unknowingly plugged into the spirit world, we never realized that most of the voices we were listening to were part of the deception the real Jesus had warned about."

Warren takes us through his "spiritual life" of deception, to find the only true Saviour, Jesus Christ.
He relates how calling on His name is more powerful than any other name under heaven. Sadly the church of today has forgotten its "first love" and is embracing this deception. The saving Gospel is not being preached in the majority of churches unfortunately, with eventual grave consequences.
Our church is our Bible and a few tried and tested Internet sites - The Berean Call, Understanding The Times. Also look up Warren on www.warrenbsmith.
There are also excellent You Tube teachings from these people, Dave Hunt in particular.
Johanna Michaelson's , The Beautiful Side of Evil is a real eye opener - she can also be found on You Tube.
Maranatha!

Warren writes about how easily he was seduced into New Age and Occult practices. He shows how easy it is to be enticed. More importantly he shows how vulnerable this makes you to deeper and darker forces of evil. Some of which is going on in the church. Whether you are a Christian or into other religions or New Age, etc, this book is a very good read and an eye-opener. Another book which is similar and also excellent is THe Beautiful Side of Evil by Johanna Michaelson. Warren Smith refers to this book in his own.

After I had realised the deception of the New Age, and espcially by A Course in Miracles, I found this book. It is a wake-up call to the Christian church and to individuals who are either taken in by the deception or are too complacent because they think it is all innocent stuff.

A Course in Miracles is very dangerous because in it the Deceiver uses Christian terms to tempt and deceive people. Warren Smith speaks honestly of his journey, and how he found the way back to Light. The Course states that salvation comes from ourselves ("you are the light of the world"), but Warren Smith discovered that salvation comes from the amazing grace of Jesus.

If you have been or are tempted by New Age teachings, you should read this book.

This book gives an account of what happens when 'new age' goes out of control and comes face to face with evil - a concept that books like a course in miracles deny.

The end result is that, however much people like to deny it, the strong name of Jesus Christ is the only antidote to this evil.

Warrens story takes you through his experience - one that I can back up with my own.
